 Zeb the Ravens????
Like for the first time EVER the ravens walk away with a decent draft, a solid veteran core, a good QB, a great free agent/offseason...will we actually see a super bowl run outa this team??? I mean You got the backfield, you got the receivers, you got the QB, and you always have the defense....
Now my eagles...well heres to hoping.

 Re: Zeb the Ravens????
We always had everything you mentioned, the one thing we finally got were 2 solid receivers. I cant wait to see what they can do. Just need to hope for no injuries now.

 Re: Zeb the Ravens????
Youre crazy, you never had any top receivers (until last year when Mason went nutz) and you had no decent QB ...you cant possible count Byron Leftwhich...till Flacco. And your draft days are always lackluster...and your offseason pickups??? Cmon they seem to like grabbing up previous retired cornerbacks that are long past their prime, or incredibly aging receivers, or washed up pittsburg rejected running backs. Rice was a huge surprise for everyone...this is the first year when I look at the AFC and see the Ravens giving Pates and Colts a run for their money....and they are lucky with a crappy Browns team, and a steeler team that is in dissaray to compete devision wise.

 Re: Zeb the Ravens????
You obviously no nothing about the ravens.
I will give you the receivers thing, like I said, that was the one thing we were missing.
Flacco was already there, that is what I meant by a good QB. Granted this is also something new, but not new to this year.
And yes, Rice was a nice suprise, but the ravens have always had a good run game, so nothing new.
You definetly dont know about Ozzie! The ravens are one of the best teams at drafting. But dont take my word for it.

Either way I like watching your devision cuz my wifes such a HUGE Pittsburgh fan its annoying, so Im actually looking forward to a good season there. On a side note lets talk about my repatched together eagles!!!

 Re: Zeb the Ravens????
No one expected him to put the TD numbers up where he did that year, he was more in line last year in his expectations. But there are a lot of players on that list that were decent for a year or two then fell into obscurity. Jamal lewis, Todd Heap, etc etc these guys showed a lot of talent in the first year or two but totally fell apart.
